Goal setting

I’ve given up on New Year’s resolutions because I never keep them for more than a week. But my business and writing goals are a different basket of eggs–because when you make books your living, you can’t just give up when the going gets tough. Readers are waiting. The car payment is waiting. And plus, there is no better feeling than typing The End, so that’s an inspiration in itself!

So, here are my goals for 2017:

• Release Magnificent Devices #12, Fields of Gold, in April/May
• Release The Whinburg Township Amish #2, The Highest Mountain, in July
• Release Kiss by the Fire, #3 in the Corsair’s Cove romance novella series, in September
• Begin my Ph.D. in Creative Writing program in October

That ought to keep me out of other people’s chicken coops for a while, eh?
