Katie Hertzfeld, who had a near death experience in a buggy accident when she was ten, realizes to her shock and dismay that she is the only one who can see the demons. When the entities begin wreaking havoc on her friends as they skip from one person to the next, Katie realizes why God didn’t take her—she has to find a way to either destroy them or send them back through the veil.
