Writing novels involves creativity on many fronts. Or maybe it’s just that my brain likes to entertain itself. I travel to many of my story locations to do photography for research, with the benefit that I can use them in connection with the books. Why not turn photos into watercolors on my iPhone? Make memes in Canva? Or make movies on iPad?
