The Amish of the West
The Silver Zeppelin headed for the big skies of Montana, as well as those of Colorado and New Mexico, to research the Amish communities of the West for my “Amish Cowboys” series. During the course of my “feet on the ground” research, I did lots of photography! Here are just a few of the pictures from the Amish School Auction in Rexford, MT, and then a few from a Montana ranch I used as a model for the ranches in the series. I hope they’ll make you feel at home in the world of the Montana Millers and their Circle M Ranch!
