On the contest page, if you click on the “official rules” link at the bottom, it says: “Residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win.” So folks in the UK can enter 🙂
